The CLA is hosting 2 events in 2024 that are accepting food vendor applications. Food Truck Palooza - July 10th 4-8pm 9th & Cumberland Street Parking Lot Car & Motorcycle Show - August 18th 12-4pm S. 8th Street near the Court House Prepay to reserve your spot. Payments will not be accepted the day of the event. THE CITY OF LEBANON REQUIRES A FOOD PERMIT FOR EACH VENDOR IN ADDITION TO THIS APPLICATION! Rules & Regulations: - You will receive set-up details prior to the event. - You will be notified of your space assignment upon arrival at the event. - The event committee will determine the acceptance of a new vendor. - As per the city of Lebanon Police, no vehicles can block an alley. - Tables, chairs, displays, cords, and taping of cords are the vendor's responsibility. - Vendors are not permitted to amplify music from their stand. - Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space at the end of the event. - The Board of Directors and the event committee reserves the right to deny space to any applicant for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to an applicant's usage of space which does not align with the event's intent. Said intent shall be determined solely by the Board of Directors and the event committee. - The CLA and the City of Lebanon will not be responsible for loss or injury incurred by participants or vendors. - The events are Rain or Shine unless otherwise noted.
